All fees for services rendered by DMY Supply Chain will be detailed in specific proposals, invoices, or service agreements. Payment terms will be specified therein and are binding upon acceptance. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of services or additional charges, as outlined in the respective agreement.

DMY Supply Chain will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing its services. However, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the services giving rise to the claim.

Specific limitations on liability related to loss or damage of goods will be governed by applicable laws, treaties, and the terms of individual service agreements, such as bills of lading or warehousing contracts.
